Plumbing & HVAC Customer Service Representative About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Plumbing & HVAC team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play an important role in coordinating service calls, communicating with technicians, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule plumbing, heating, cooling, and HVAC service appointments
- Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on customer needs and availability
- Communicate appointment times and updates to customer
- Follow up with customers regarding completed service, and appointments
- Perform general administrative duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a service-based industry is an asset
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills




- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 28.0 per week
