Qualifications

- Previous customer service, sales,



or client support experience is helpful but not required
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Professional and positive approach to client interactions
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
