We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding support and ensuring seamless communication. Your enthusiasm and strong communication skills will help foster positive relationships with our diverse customer base. Duties

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide detailed product information, order updates, and technical support to clients across multiple industries
- Process orders accurately through data entry into our systems while maintaining attention to detail
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on orders or resolve issues proactively




- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases
- Assist with cash handling during transactions when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience

- Previous Experience in Chemical Industry or Related industry
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Bilingual abilities in English and at least one additional language are highly valued
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills necessary for daily tasks
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for helping others is essential
- Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle outbound calls confidently
