Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and partners, providing exceptional service through clear communication and efficient problem-solving. Your multilingual skills and analysis abilities will help foster strong relationships and support our global operations.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and order information
- Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting issues
- Identify opportunities for upselling and suggest additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction




- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse client base
- Apply strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently

Skills

- Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques
