Allrush Print and Apparel is looking for an organized, experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team supporting one of our busiest sales portfolios. You’ll work closely with our President and an existing CSR to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and keep jobs moving from the first request through production.

The portfolio is primarily digital, offset, and wide-format printing, with a substantial volume of promotional products and apparel. Your initial focus will be taking ownership of more of the apparel and promotional product leads that come in online. As you learn our systems and workflow, you’ll also support the broader print work handled by the team.

What you’ll do

- Respond to a high volume of customer emails and follow up promptly on new inquiries.
- Speak with customers by phone and in person to clarify their needs, recommend options, and move quotes forward.
- Source promotional products through SAGE and apparel through our garment vendors, considering availability, decoration options, and customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate apparel and promotional product quotes using our pricing spreadsheets.
- Apply your knowledge of printing and decoration methods to help customers choose suitable products and finishes.
- Support digital, offset, and wide-format print inquiries and learn to prepare estimates in Avanti.
- Track quote details, customer requests, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing gets missed.
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and production as jobs progress.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in a print shop,



promotional products, apparel decoration, or a closely related industry.
- A working understanding of print production that will help you learn Avanti and quote confidently.
- Familiarity with common apparel decoration methods, such as screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer, and the ability to learn our specific pricing processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence dealing with customers by email, phone, and in person.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage many active inquiries at once.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and learning product catalogues, vendor websites, and estimating software.
- Flexibility to work overtime when workload and deadlines require it.

Experience with SAGE, Avanti, garment suppliers, digital printing, offset printing, or wide-format printing would be an asset. If you enjoy finding the right solution for a customer, building accurate quotes, and keeping a busy sales desk organized, we’d like to hear from you.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
