Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting bakery products with enthusiasm and detailed product knowledge
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Conduct product demos and explain features to encourage sales and enhance customer experience
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays that highlight bakery items and promote upselling opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the bakery area and ensure proper product rotation and stock organization

Qualifications





- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a food or bakery setting, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and merchandising techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
