Camptech II Circuits Inc. is a Canadian electronics manufacturer with over 45 years of experience in PCB fabrication and PCB assembly (PCBA). From our Markham facility, we support prototype, NPI, and production builds for customers across a range of high-tech industries.

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support our customers, sales team, and day-to-day commercial activities. This is a diverse role that will also provide support to our purchasing team with the sourcing and procurement of electronic components.

Experience within the electronics manufacturing services (EMS), PCB/PCBA, electronic components, or related electronics industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding RFQs, quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and general inquiries.
- Provide timely and professional customer service throughout the quoting, ordering, and production process.
- Support the sales team with customer follow-ups, quotations, order coordination, and account administration.
- Assist with processing and coordinating customer RFQs and purchase orders.
- Communicate internally with estimating, purchasing, production, quality, and shipping to obtain information and provide customers with accurate updates.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer opportunities as required.
- Maintain customer information, sales activity, order information, and related records in company systems.
- Assist with electronic component sourcing and purchasing activities when required.
- Request pricing and availability from electronic component suppliers and distributors.
- Assist with reviewing BOMs and component requirements for customer projects.
- Compare supplier pricing, lead times, availability, and other purchasing information.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, lead times, shortages, and delivery schedules.




- Assist the purchasing team with issuing and maintaining purchase orders and related documentation.
- Help identify alternative component sources when availability or lead-time issues arise.
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and production to help resolve component shortages and order-related issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Provide general administrative and commercial support to the sales and purchasing teams as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
- Experience within electronics manufacturing, EMS, PCB/PCBA, electronic components, or electronic distribution is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic components, BOMs, part numbers, distributors, and component sourcing is an asset.
- Experience working with electronic component distributors such as DigiKey, Mouser, Future Electronics, Arrow, Avnet, or similar suppliers is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with both customers and suppliers by email and phone.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with part numbers, pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with an ERP, CRM, or manufacturing management system is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, purchasing, production, quality, and management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and taking on a variety of responsibilities.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
