Duties

- Greet clients warmly, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out
- Assist veterinary staff with basic animal handling, restraint, and care procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, kennels, and treatment areas
- Manage appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and follow-up communications
- Support laboratory tasks such as sample collection and processing to aid diagnostics
- Keep detailed records of patient information, treatments, and laboratory results with accuracy and confidentiality
