- Greet every customer warmly with a friendly and positive attitude

- Provide excellent customer service while taking orders accurately and efficiently

- Clearly explain menu items, meal options, promotions, and available upgrades when appropriate

- Ensure customers receive the correct items, modifications, sauces, and condiments with their orders

- Process cash, debit, credit, and other payments accurately according to company procedures

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and dining area throughout the shift

- Monitor customer orders and coordinate with the wrap and grill teams to ensure timely order completion

- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests professionally and respectfully

- Follow company standards for customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene

- Assist with takeout, delivery, and online orders by ensuring orders are complete, properly packaged, and ready for pickup





- Check receipts and order details carefully before handing orders to customers or delivery drivers

- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Restock front counter supplies, packaging, sauces, napkins, and other items as needed

- Support the team with additional duties during busy periods and help maintain smooth store operations

Requirements

- Robust communication and customer service skills

- Reliable, punctual, and dependable

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team

- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
