About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to join their team in Kimberley . You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, driving adoption, and maximizing the value our clients receive, thereby fostering long-term loyalty and reducing churn. This role is essential in advocating for customer needs internally and ensuring a positive, high-value client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Customer Success , Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, support, and product teams.
- Experience in analyzing client data to drive engagement strategies.
