Delivery Driver — Independent Delivery Contractor (IDC)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Drivers provide delivery services as independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes and other obligations associated with self-employment.

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will safely and efficiently complete assigned delivery and return routes. You will use the Route App to manage packages, follow delivery instructions, document deliveries, and complete required return procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete assigned delivery routes safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Load, scan, transport, and handle packages with care.
- Review addresses and special delivery instructions in the Route App.
- Complete home, apartment,



commercial, and counter deliveries.
- Prioritize hand delivery whenever possible and complete secure drops when required.
- Capture required Proof of Delivery (POD) photos.
- Complete customer return pickups and Proof of Pickup (POP) documentation.
- Document unsuccessful delivery attempts and return undelivered packages to the station.
- Provide skilled and respectful customer service.
- Follow all safety, vehicle, package-handling, and operational procedures.
