PRM Logistics is looking for reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers and following assigned delivery routes.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Pick up and deliver packages according to assigned routes
- Load and organize packages in the vehicle
- Ensure packages are delivered safely and on time
- Follow delivery instructions and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Use a smartphone or delivery app to complete deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks
- Report any delivery or vehicle issues to the supervisor
- Follow all applicable traffic and safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s licence in British Columbia
- Clean and safe driving record
- Previous delivery or driving experience is an asset
- Good knowledge of local roads and navigation
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to lift and carry packages as required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
