Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for procedures
- Assist dentists during various dental treatments, including restorations, extractions, and orthodontic procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis
- Manage patient records using dental practice management software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Support front desk staff by handling patient check-ins, scheduling appointments,
and managing patient flow efficiently
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards across all clinical activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant Level II or similar role with a strong understanding of dental assisting procedures
- Proficiency in dental software systems for record keeping
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care settings
- Experience assisting with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools used in orthodontic or restorative treatments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills as a Dental Receptionist to provide outstanding patient service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
