Experience

- 5 years minimum of proven experience as a dental receptionist
- Extensive knowledge of dental office procedures, including appointment scheduling, insurance processing, and patient intake




- Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service skills
- Office experience that showcases organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
