Our client is seeking a Design Manager to lead design coordination and support the successful delivery of commercial and multifamily projects. This role oversees design coordinators, manages scheduling and priorities across internal and third-party design teams, and supports projects through the bid and tender stages. The ideal candidate will bring solid technical design experience, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

- Supervise and support design coordinators
- Coordinate schedules and priorities with third-party designers
- Collaborate with Technical Design Leads to align resources and timelines
- Review work completed by third-party designers as needed
- Support tender planning and resource allocation




- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate communication with internal and external clients
- Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of design packages

Your strengths include

- Technical diploma in Engineering or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in design management or coordination
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency with MiTek Structure & Engineering, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and scheduling abilities delivery of design packages
