We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dietician to join our healthcare team! Responsibilities

- Assess patients’ nutritional needs by reviewing medical histories, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors using electronic medical records systems.
- Develop customized nutrition plans that align with individual health conditions, preferences, and goals.
- Educate patients on proper nutrition, dietary modifications, and healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care plans effectively.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting dietary recommendations as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, plans,



and patient interactions within electronic medical records for transparency and continuity of care.
- Provide bilingual support when necessary to ensure clear communication with diverse patient populations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; registered dietitian credential preferred.
- Proven experience working with electronic medical records systems for documentation and data management.
- Strong computer operation skills with proficiency in standard office software and specialized healthcare applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve a diverse community of patients.
- Knowledge of dietary guidelines, nutrition science, and current health trends is essential.
