Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently

- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support the kitchen team by managing waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a protected working environment for all staff
- Restock dishware and utensils in their designated areas to facilitate smooth service flow
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleanup during busy service hours

Requirements





- Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace
- Experience working in hotels or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory
