We are a growing logistics company with a strong focus on customer service, reliability, and operational excellence. We are expanding our Ontario operations and are seeking a highly proactive Dispatcher / Load Booker/CSR who excels at coordinating time- critical freight and optimizing driver routes.

Position Summary :The Dispatcher / Load Booking will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and booking freight within Canada /from Canada to US and Vice versa. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience building relationships with customers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Book and schedule daily loads within Canada and cross-border shipments.
- Dispatch drivers, provide instructions, and monitor progress.
- Communicate with customers to secure freight.
- Manage and update load boards and transportation systems.
- Resolve service issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with carriers and external partners.

Qualifications:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching or load booking (trucking / logistics preferred).

- Strong computer skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with load boards, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
