Busy dog walking company in search of a part time dog walker/daycare attendant available during the day Monday - Friday (times vary) and occasionally on weekends. Walker would be hired as an independent contractor (IC).

Primary role of IC: providing attentive, secure and enriching care to all pack members on our roster.

The ideal candidate:

- lives locally in the city of Hamilton (preferably Ancaster or West Mountain/West Hamilton), has their G license and owns a larger vehicle capable of transporting dogs
- is reliable, responsible, punctual and has exceptional time management skills
- passionate about dogs and eager to learn
- has previous or current experience in dog ownership
- has knowledge of canine behaviour, body language and communication,



as well as familiarity with basic training techniques
- previous dog daycare experience preferred
- comfortable working in all weather conditions and being physically active
- able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
- strong communication and customer service skills

Looking for help for 15 months and onward as owner of business will be stepping down from physical work due maternity leave.
