Coulson Bros Scow Service, family-owned and operated since 1969. We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our Steel Dock Crews.

We are in need of motivated individuals looking to pursue a career with a multi-faceted construction company specializing in island and water access properties in the Muskoka region.

We are ready and willing to train successful candidates in all areas. Learn to drive steel push boats and barges, train to become a Limited Master (Captains papers), obtain your welding tickets with the Canadian Welding Bureau.. You need to be highly motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. We expect you to work well independently as well as a team member. You must be in good physical shape and be willing to work in less than ideal weather conditions.





This position is full-time year-round and we offer competitive wages based on your skillset and experience. Clothing allowance, Group RRSP plans, and benefits packages are in place and waiting for you.
