Your Role:

- Support daily store operations by supervising staff, assigning tasks, opening/closing shifts, maintaining product quality, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.
- Lead and coach the team by training recent employees, monitoring performance, solving shift issues quickly, and helping create a positive, fast-paced work environment.
- Assist with business performance by handling cash procedures, supporting inventory control, reducing waste, and helping the manager meet sales, labour, and service goals.

Must-Haves:

- 1–2 years of experience in food service, retail, bakery, café,



or QSR; supervisory or keyholder experience is a strong asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team during busy periods.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus basic cash handling and customer service experience.

- Part-time or full-time: 20-30 per week
