As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated team members who want to build their skills in duct cleaning and expand into HVAC service work.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Duct Cleaning & Service Technician to join our team. This role primarily involves duct cleaning services, with the opportunity to assist and grow into HVAC-related tasks. The ideal candidate has a good mechanical aptitude, is versatile working independently and with a team, has good communication skills, is friendly and approachable and enjoys problem-solving on the job.

Responsibilities:

- Perform residential and commercial duct cleaning using company equipment
- Safely operate tools such as air compressors, ladders, drills, and related equipment
- Identify and report issues or concerns observed during service
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on-site
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Assist with HVAC service work and training opportunities as needed
- Accurately complete service documentation and reports

Qualifications:





- Mechanical knowledge and hands-on technical skills (experience with tools and machinery)
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces, ladders)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Previous experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or a trade is an asset but not a necessity as training will be provided
