Join Kidspace Learning Centres as an Early Childhood Educator in Victoria, BC. This full-time position focuses on child development and creating engaging learning programs for children aged 0 to 3 years. We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Supervisor to work at our licensed childcare facility.

In this role, you will assess children’s developmental needs and implement tailored educational programs. You will lead activities, oversee staff and volunteers, and maintain a safe, stimulating workplace for young children. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess children’s development and prepare learning plans
- Develop and implement growth-oriented childcare programs
- Supervise staff, trainees, and volunteers
- Engage children through storytelling and creative activities
- Guide children in developing proper habits Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in child education
- Valid Early Childhood Educator Certificate
- Satisfactory criminal record check and First Aid training
