Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children.
- Provide attentive caregiving by meeting individual needs related to hygiene, nutrition, and comfort.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation in all activities.
- Observe and assess each child's progress regularly, maintaining detailed records to inform ongoing educational strategies.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to share insights on children's development and address any concerns proactively.
- Maintain a clean,



organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
- Robust classroom management skills combined with the ability to foster positive relationships with children and families.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage parents.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in a dynamic learning environment.
