Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to inspire young minds and foster a nurturing learning environment for our iMath and UCMAS classes.

In this role, you will follow our curriculum and support children's developmental milestones, and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure each child's success. Your energy, creativity, and commitment to early childhood education will help create a positive foundation for children's future learning journeys. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

We are looking for someone to work weekday afternoons/evenings from 3:00–5:30 PM, 4:30–6:30 PM, or 6:30–8:30 PM, or on Saturdays from 10 AM - Noon.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or assistance with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and individual progress reports.




- Collaborate with colleagues to organize classroom activities, events, and educational outings.
- Use computer skills to document student information, prepare educational materials, and manage classroom technology.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable to support diverse communities.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
- Robust communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer operation and educational software tools.
- Ability to lead young learners and support team initiatives.
- Valid certification or licensure in early childhood education or related fields is a plus.
