We are looking for an Electronic Security Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing electronic security projects from initial review through installation and project closeout.

Responsibilities

- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare estimates, material take-offs, and labour requirements.
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare project budgets and proposals.
- Manage access control, CCTV, intercom, and other security projects.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
- Order and track project materials.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress.
- Attend site meetings and conduct site surveys when required.
- Prepare and manage change orders.
- Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Manage deficiencies and project closeout.
- Prepare as-built drawings,



O&M; manuals, warranties, and other closeout documents.

Requirements
- Experience in the electronic security / low-voltage industry.
- Knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, entry systems, alarm and integration.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Experience with estimating and project management.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Knowledge of systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, RBH, Kantech, Axis, Hikvision, or similar is an asset.
- PMP or related certification is an asset.

We are looking for someone who is organized, technically knowledgeable, and able to manage a project from estimating through final completion.
