We are looking for experienced Epic Certified Consultants with 6+ years of Epic Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) / Production Support experience. Candidates will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Epic O&M; / Production Support experience
- Active Epic certification in the relevant module
- Strong experience with Epic application maintenance and troubleshooting
- Production incident and issue resolution
- Root-cause analysis and problem management
- Application configuration and enhancements
- Healthcare / hospital systems experience.
