Enhance healthcare services with ENHANCE Ontario as a Technical Specialist for Epic applications. Focus on application maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows in a contract role. This full-time position supports the operations of shared Epic Clinical Information Systems across member hospitals in the Central East region of Ontario. You’ll independently evaluate complex issues, provide ongoing application support, troubleshoot break-fix problems, and lead testing for updates.

Your role directly impacts high-quality patient care across 14 sites. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate systems, analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues
- Provide maintenance and support for assigned Epic applications
- Lead testing of application updates and enhancements




- Support operational committees with workflow optimization decisions
- Collaborate to maintain training materials aligning with build updates Requirements:
- Epic build or operations experience preferred
- Certification in Ambulatory or relevant areas, or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of clinical systems and imaging workflows is an asset
- Understanding of clinical workflows is necessary
