Responsibilities

- Provide professional skincare treatments, hair styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, listening carefully to understand their desired outcomes and offering expert advice
- Upsell retail products such as skincare items, hair care products, or grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records




- Educate clients on proper skincare routines or styling tips to promote ongoing care at home
- Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients and encouraging repeat visits through outstanding customer service

Experience

- Previous experience as an esthetician, stylist, or barber is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, skincare treatments, and sanitation protocols is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain services and product recommendations
- Ability to handle retail sales confidently while maintaining a professional attitude
- Experience managing front desk operations or administrative tasks is a plus but not mandatory
