We are seeking an experienced ESTIMATOR & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a rapid‑paced environment and is ready to take ownership of customer relationships, order management, creating estimates and day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare estimates using PrintSmith.
- Enter and manage customer orders in Print Software
- Oversee orders from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met
- Provide customers with timely updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers, manage incoming deliveries, and issue purchase orders as required
- Maintain organized documentation, filing, and record‑keeping
- Support in print finishing as needed.
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments

Requirements

- Mandatory: Experience using PrintSmith or similar print industry management software to prepare Estimates
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the Print Industry
- Strong understanding of paper types
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for customer and supplier interaction
- Experience working with digital printers is an asset
- Experience with promotional products and apparel printing is an advantage
