First North Enterprise is seeking an experienced and motivated Excavator Operator to join our growing construction team.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 10 years of excavator operating experience who takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and is interested in building a long-term career with a growing company.

QUALLIFIFCATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 10 years of excavator operating experience
- Extensive experience operating excavators safely, efficiently, and accurately
- Experience operating excavators with various attachments and hydraulic heads, adapting to the requirements of each project
- Ability to confidently switch between different attachments and equipment as required
- Solid ability to listen, follow directions, and carry out instructions accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments and demanding project timelines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity while working under tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities




- Willingness to continue learning and developing skills within the company
- Valid driver's licence and applicable certifications considered an asset
