Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Studio86 is a remote, contract position supporting leadership with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating virtual calls, and preparing agendas and follow-up notes.

The Executive

Assistant will handle expense reports, track budgets for projects, and support invoicing and document organization. The role also involves drafting and reviewing correspondence,



maintaining files and records, and ensuring clear communication between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders. This position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, digital-first environment.

Qualifications

- Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative assistance skills to support daily operations.
- Experience with executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling.
- Ability to prepare and manage expense reports and basic budget tracking in a structured, accurate manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail in a remote work setting.
- Comfort using digital productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, task managers, document collaboration platforms).
- Prior experience supporting leaders in tech, software, or digital agencies is an asset.
- Professional fluency in English; French language skills are considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage sensitive information discreetly, and adapt to changing priorities.
