Onni Group is seeking an exceptional Executive Operations Coordinator to the President to work directly alongside the President of Onni Group of Companies. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant or administrative support position . While the role includes responsibility for the President's complex calendar and business, personal and family travel coordination, the primary purpose of the position is much broader: help the President get things done.
The Executive Operations
Coordinator will act as a central point of coordination for the President-managing priorities, following up on requests, working with executives and different Onni businesses, solving problems and ensuring matters are carried through to completion. Some requests will be straightforward. Others may be unusual, urgent or have no obvious solution. The successful candidate will not wait for detailed instructions. They investigate, make calls, find the right people, develop alternatives, use technology and AI, overcome obstacles and ultimately figure out how to make things happen.
