EXPERIENCED RENOVATION CARPENTER WANTED – KINGSTON

$35–$42/hour | Full-Time | Opportunity to Become Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor

Constructing Concepts is looking for an experienced residential renovation carpenter to join our growing team in Kingston and the surrounding area.

This is not an entry-level position.

We're looking for someone who knows residential renovations, can work independently, solve problems and produce high-quality work without needing constant supervision.

What we're looking for

- 7+ years of residential construction/renovation experience preferred
- Strong rough and finish carpentry skills
- Framing, doors, trim, kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions
- Comfortable working in older/existing homes
- Able to read plans and understand project scope
- Organized and able to keep a job moving
- Qualified and comfortable dealing with homeowners
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their workmanship

Experience running renovation projects or supervising other workers/trades is a major asset.

Compensation

$35–$42/hour based on experience and ability.





For an exceptional candidate, we're open to discussing a vehicle allowance/company vehicle arrangement and additional compensation as responsibilities increase.

We're building a renovation team—not simply hiring someone for one project.

For the right person, this position can develop into a Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor role, taking responsibility for projects in the field while working closely with the company owner.
