R&H; Construction is a growing residential renovation company serving Ottawa and the surrounding area. We specialize in basement, bathroom and kitchen renovations, and we're looking for an experienced, reliable renovation professional to join our team full time.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail and enjoys the variety that comes with residential renovations.

The Role

You'll be involved in projects from start to finish, including:

- Demolition and site preparation
- Framing and general carpentry
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Flooring installation
- Interior doors, baseboard, casing and finish carpentry
- Cabinetry and vanity installation
- Hardware and fixture installation
- Finishing, deficiencies and punch-list work
- Maintaining clean, organized and well-protected job sites
- Working alongside subcontractors and other team members

What We're Looking For We're not expecting one person to be an expert at every trade. We're looking for someone with solid residential renovation experience who is comfortable handling a variety of tasks and knows what quality work looks like.

The right person will be:

- Experienced in residential renovations, carpentry or a similar construction role
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and solve problems on site




- Detail-oriented and proud of their workmanship
- Professional and respectful when working in clients' homes
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibility
- Equipped with basic hand tools
- In possession of a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
