We are looking to grow our reliable, friendly crew with a hard-working individual who shares our commitment to quality work and attention to detail.

Position Overview and Key Responsibilities:

- As a member of our crew, you will assist in installing custom wooden fences, gates, arbors, deer fence, security and farm fence.
- Tasks include digging holes, mixing cement, post pounding, stretching fence wire, cutting and nailing lumber and hanging gates.




- Must be able to operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized job site

Requirements:

- Carpentry Experience: Practical knowledge of woodworking or carpentry an asset.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have your own dependable vehicle to get to and from various job sites on Salt Spring Island.
- Sober and Dependable: We maintain a sober, drug-free, and safe work environment. Dependability and focus on safety are requirements.
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor outdoors, including heavy lifting( 55lbs plus ), bending, and working in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude, solid communication skills, and the ability to work well within a close crew.

What We Offer:

- $30/hour to start and a bump if things work out.
- Part time hours as things change day to day often. Looking for someone Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday right now.
