Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Field and Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role working from Tuesday to Friday, you will be the vital link between our company and our customers, responsible for delivering products safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. Your expertise in moving heavy items, operating forklifts, and navigating warehouse environments will ensure smooth operations from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Safely load, unload, and transport goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks.
- Execute precise deliveries to customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Assist with moving heavy or bulky items within warehouses or delivery sites, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery details, answer questions, and provide excellent service.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, inventory movements, and any issues encountered during transit.




- Collaborate with sales team staff to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules efficiently.

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial driving is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts in a skilled setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring moving, lifting, and logistical coordination.
- Knowledge of bars, restaurants and the LCBO network.
