Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to join our financial team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the organization’s financial health. Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify accuracy of financial data
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and others to record transactions and generate reports
- Conduct bookkeeping activities, including ledger maintenance and journal entries
- Support corporate finance functions such as budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Assist with auditing procedures by preparing documentation and supporting audit requests
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Analyze accounts through detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure adherence to company policies

Requirements





- Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation procedures
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles, budgeting, and financial analysis techniques
- Experience with bookkeeping tasks and account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with auditing standards and procedures within financial services environments
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and support payroll functions effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute
