Responsibilities

- Manage and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify transaction accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial performance and support budgeting activities.
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours, deductions, and benefits in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain meticulous bookkeeping records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.




- Collaborate with the finance team on month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and supporting documentation.

Experience

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
- Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation tasks.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing multiple financial tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or finance support roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately and communicate findings clearly.
