Finance Technician (2 year Term) - Dauphin, MB

We are currently seeking a full-time Finance Technician (2 year Term) to join our team in Dauphin, MB. The position offers 40 hours per week with flexible schedule beginning November 2, 2026. Job Summary

The Finance Technician works under the direction of the Controller with the following responsibilities:

- Enter payment receipts from customers and prepare deposits
- Prepare reports for the Controller
- Monitor customer accounts for payments and credit notes
- Reconcile and produce monthly statements to send out to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning their account
- Receive,



verify and process payables in the ERP system
- Match invoices with POs and receiving documents

- Reconcile vendor monthly statements

- Set up approved vendors
- Process payment for payables as directed by Director of Finance
- Prepare and maintain reports and documents
- Correspond with vendors as needed and negotiate payment terms
- Track and file invoices needed for year-end file

- Maintain postal machine
- Manage all applicable email accounts
- Perform other accounting activities when necessary
- Answer phones and re-direct calls when needed

- Pick up mail daily

Qualifications and Skills
- Business Administration diploma with a strong knowledge of accounting activities or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Proficient with MS Office software
