Role Description This is a remote role for a Pathway to Financial Advisor position. The role focuses on delivering financial literacy education through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions, helping individuals understand core financial concepts and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities include developing and refining educational curricula,



creating clear and engaging learning materials, and participating in outreach efforts to grow community awareness of the campaign. The role also involves coaching participants on their financial journeys, guiding interested individuals along a structured pathway toward becoming financial advisors, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery. The successful candidate will actively contribute to a supportive, mission-driven setting while maintaining professional standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications

- Positive mindset.
- 18 + years , valid SIN and a Canadian resident .
- Coaching and mentoring training would be provided to guide participants through financial literacy goals and the pathway to becoming financial advisors.
- Ownership of personal responsibilities.
- Have commitment to empathy, inclusion, and professionalism.
- Ability to collaborate in a team setting, and manage initiatives simultaneously.
