- Provide direct clinical care to First Nation and Aboriginal clients
- Collaborate with team members on health service development
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs
- Facilitate health education sessions focusing on drug awareness
- Maintain accurate electronic records of patient interactions Requirements:
- Certificate in Practical Nursing and Ontario registration in good standing
- Current First Aid and CPR certified
- Experience in mental health or community health settings preferred
- Knowledge of harm reduction practices is beneficial
