Enviro Surface Removers is seeking a motivated, reliable Hands-On Supervisor to train team members and help run job sites.

We specialize in commercial and residential flooring removal and interior demolition.

Responsibilities: Leading, training, and working alongside a small crew on site

Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

Managing daily tasks for both commercial and residential projects

Requirements to Apply

Proven experience in flooring removal, demolition, or general construction

Robust leadership and communication skills

Valid driver's license (with a clean abstract preferred)

Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally
