Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during food preparation, serving, and sanitation procedures




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and address guest requests promptly

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently without compromising service quality
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices within the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Basic math skills for accurate billing, cash handling, and transaction processing
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
