IronSight is looking for two Fluid Management Advisors to join its Managed Services team. In this role, you’ll:

- Perform a supervisory/advisory role focused on fluid management (vac trucks, steamers, combos, etc.)
- Coordinate fluid management work for an IronSight client who has locations across Western Canada
- Manage a group day-to-day, including leading a morning meeting, and spend time in the field to complete walk downs and work through plans
- Work in a fast-paced environment and be the front-line communicator to ensure all services are consistently scheduled and dispatched to safely meet predetermined plans

This role will regularly liaise with our clients operating organization including internal and third-party service providers utilized by IronSight clients. The focus of this position will be advising on and driving operational efficiency/effectiveness with the IronSight platform.

Location: Lloydminster, AB (You must be legally entitled to work in Canada)

Hourly Rate: $50-$60 per hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do The Fluid Management Advisor duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Provide supervision and advice regarding fluid management on site with Client
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Manage a group day-to-day, including leading a morning meeting (no hiring or firing responsibilities)
- Spend time in the field to complete walk downs and work through plans with Client and service providers
- Collaborate with IronSight Client and third parties on requests for services or equipment, including communicating information such as work orders,



changing requirements and priorities, or other messages to clients, work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, or emergency personnel
- Maintain timely and accurate records of work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
- Create waste manifests in Client’s waste manifesting software
- Quickly and effectively communicate changes in the business to key stakeholders to ensure we are providing top-of-the-line service to our clients.
- Define problems or opportunities for improvement, identify root causes, and determine effective solutions
- Organize, analyze, and track relevant information using the IronSight platform
- Model behaviors that support IronSight’s core values and those of our clients you work with
- Ensure all activities follow IronSight rules, regulations, policies, and procedures along with those of our clients
- Overtime may be required, night shift not expected
- Complete other duties as assigned

What You Bring

- 5-8+ years of fluid management experience in oil and gas in a field supervisory or dispatch role, including coordination of vac trucks, steamers, combos, etc.
- High school diploma required
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a skilled trade, business, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent considered an asset
- Proficiency in the English Language, with the ability to comprehend and communicate complex plans and instructions in a clear and logical manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when relaying information in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with a team and work independently
- Strong ability to multitask, work through high-pressure situations, and make decisions that have a significant financial impact within a limited timeframe
- Must be able to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines imposed in a agile environment




- Oilfield experience in Christina Lake and surrounding area is an asset
- Experience completing waste manifests in WiQ an asset
- Knowledge of legal land descriptions
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required; intermediate to advanced experience preferred

Working Conditions

- On-site in camp with client located in Christina Lake area
- Schedule is 8-days on, 6-days off (crossover occurs midday on Wednesday)
- Must have own transportation to get to and from client’s site
- Travel to in-field locations will be required
- Overtime required with ability to answer client requests as needed during shift
- Night shift not expected
