As a D365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Presales Solutions Architect – Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping HSO Canada’s go-to-market strategy and driving customer success through innovative ERP and financial transformation solutions. This role blends deep functional expertise in finance with strategic thinking and strong communication skills to deliver compelling presales engagements that inspire customers to modernize their finance operations on the Microsoft platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and Microsoft stakeholders, helping organizations reimagine their finance function through Dynamics 365, AI, analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Demonstration Frameworks: Design and build finance-focused demos covering GL, AP/AR, budgeting, FP&A;, project accounting, and reporting.

- Expand Industry Perspectives: Incorporate industry-specific finance scenarios and regulatory requirements into demos.

- Evangelize Innovation: Promote Copilot, AI, and automation capabilities in finance transformation.

- Support Delivery Teams:



Collaborate with service line leaders to align presales and delivery solutions.

- Presales Storytelling: Craft compelling finance transformation narratives aligned to customer goals.

- Customer Demonstrations: Deliver tailored demos showcasing D365 F&O; value.

- Prospect Support: Assist with scoping, proposals, and estimates.

- Solution Architecture: Provide high-level finance solution design guidance.

- Facilitate Workshops: Lead discovery and envisioning sessions.

- Mentorship: Mentor presales and consulting team members.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O; (Finance)

- Deep knowledge of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting)

- Strong Microsoft ecosystem understanding (Azure, Power Platform)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value

- Experience with workshops and executive presentations

- Strong collaboration skills

- Experience mentoring team members
