Schedule Hours: Full Time, Panama Schedule, 12 hour rotating shifts

This role is responsible for supervising a sanitation team in a food‑manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Managing/ Supervising a group of 10-12 Sanitation Cleaners in a food production environment.
- Supports employees to reach goals and mentors new hires
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed as required.
- Provide leadership and instructions to others in a group to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
- Tracks material, tool, and inventory needs
- Complete cleaning, safety, and other required documentation as needed.
- Clean areas/overheads require ladders, scaffolding, extension equipment or mobile elevated platforms.
- Complete all cleaning tasks as required. Both manually or using power scrubbing equipment.
- Maintains and conducts preventative maintenance procedures on floor machines, vacuums.
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Wear employer-specified protective gear,



including two pairs of gloves, face/eye shields, aprons, boots, etc.
- Exposure to chemical cleaning solutions (with protective gear)
- Perform varying tasks while standing, lifting, crouching, etc. during extended periods of time.
- Follow all Health and Safety guidelines established by spec for this position.
- Cleaning large areas on multiple levels in an environment that is hot.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Attention to detail.
- Food industry experience and knowledge of cleaning in a food plant setting.
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral, are required.
- A high level of Risk Management and Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stay calm in stressful or high-pressure situations.
- Be flexible and willing to perform varying tasks
- Both written and oral communication skills
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.

PPE:

- Steel Toe Waterproof Boots ($200 covered)
- All other PPE Provided ( bump cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, etc.)
