Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ForgeRock Identity & Access Management (IAM) qualified to support the design, development, configuration, integration, and production support of enterprise identity and access management solutions.

The candidate will work with technical and business stakeholders to implement secure, scalable, and reliable IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform. The role will involve identity management, authentication, authorization, access management, integrations, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, and support ForgeRock IAM solutions.
- Implement and maintain identity and access management capabilities across enterprise applications.
- Configure authentication and authorization flows based on business and security requirements.
- Develop and support integrations between ForgeRock and enterprise applications.
- Work with identity lifecycle, user provisioning, authentication, and access management processes.
- Troubleshoot ForgeRock application and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support production incidents, problem management, and defect resolution.
- Configure and maintain IAM policies, authentication journeys/trees, and access controls.
- Participate in application onboarding and integration activities.
- Support API-based integrations and identity federation requirements.
- Work with development, infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve dependencies.
- Participate in testing,



deployment, release, and production implementation activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and operational procedures.
- Follow enterprise security standards, change management processes, and SDLC/ITIL practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of IAM processes.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM platform.
- Experience with ForgeRock Access Management (AM).
- Experience with ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM).
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience troubleshooting IAM integrations and production issues.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle and user provisioning.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and directory services such as LDAP/Active Directory.
- Good understanding of security principles and access controls.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- ForgeRock certification.
- Experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Java and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with API gateways and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
