Job Summary:

We’re hiring Formwork Carpenters to join our growing team. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of hands-on experience, we’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value teamwork. You’ll be involved in a wide range of concrete formwork activities, with tasks tailored to your experience level—from basic labor to skilled carpentry work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures such as footings, walls, slabs, and columns
- Interpret and follow construction drawings and site instructions
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork components using hand and power tools
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing tasks
- Keep the worksite clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with supervisors,



fellow carpenters, and general laborers

What We’re Looking For:

- All experience levels welcome—from entry-level workers to seasoned formwork carpenters
- Eagerness to learn and follow direction
- A strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
- Physically able to perform demanding outdoor tasks
- Reliable and safety-focused
- Experience with construction tools or layout work is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
