Northern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join Fraser Lake’s Community Health Centre in a full-time role. You will deliver comprehensive primary care across ages, with a focus on longitudinal care and supporting urgent care as part of the team.
You will work with family physicians, patient care assistants and an integrated team to provide high-quality, culturally secure care in a rural community setting. EMR documentation and PAS attachment are part of daily duties.
